Data Legality

Mail Preference Service - Remove entries who appear on the mail preference service (MPS) (the national register that prevents unsolicited direct mail).

Suppression

We hold three data models to further improve your data:

	GAS file (Gone away suppression). Remove entries where the addressee has moved.
	Mortality Register. Remove deceased entries and thus avoid distress to relatives.
	Redirection Register. Update records that appear on the Royal Mail postal re-direction register.

Data Mapping

Data mapping is used to identify sales areas, marketing sectors and franchise boundaries.

We can create a boundary map from a supplied criteria and from this extract post codes and also consumer/business data. The service can assist you to:

	Locate your customer base
	Identify the number of consumers/business within a sector
	Create sales areas
	Pull geographic data, Health data, political zones, demographics

Mailing lists

A full directory of both business and consumer data is available. All data is screened against the MPS service and will include a contact name. Additional
services can be added to append telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail addresses.

You can filter the list by industry sector or consumer interest and target the list to a geographic area, town or post code.

Document Merging

From merging of address data to collating several separate documents into one envelope, our software handles basic through to multi-field merging.
Barcodes can be added to monitor the process from print to enclosure to ensure each document is printed and mailed out.

Mail sort / walk sort / clean mail

Sorting your mail can attract postal discounts of up to 35%. We can process your data and sort into mail sort or walk sort order and prepare the relevant bag
labels and out put files.For clean mail no sorting is required. The only requirement is a database with 90% post code accuracy. We can check and clean your
data to ensure it meets this requirement.
